Anti-thyroid herb — reduces TSH and thyroid hormone levels. Used for mild hyperthyroidism and Graves disease symptoms (palpitations, anxiety). One of few herbs that can DECREASE thyroid function.

Contraindications

Hypothyroidism. Pregnancy. Do NOT stop abruptly (rebound hyperthyroidism).
