Head

Eyes
Purulent ophthalmia. Photophobia. Swelling of lids. Inner canthi swollen and red.
Throat
Sensation of a splinter in the throat on swallowing. Dark redness of throat. Thick mucus in throat.
Stomach
Flatulence, loud eructations. Nausea, retching, vomiting of mucus. Pit of stomach swollen like a fist. Gnawing, ulcerative pain. Craves sugar and sweets which aggravate.
Abdomen
Distended with much flatulence. Colic with much distension. Ulceration of stomach and duodenum.
Rectum
Diarrhea from anticipation, sugar, emotions. Green, noisy, spluttering stool like chopped spinach. Diarrhea immediately after eating or drinking.
Urinary
Urine passes unconsciously and uninterruptedly. Urethra feels swollen, urine is passed with difficulty.
Respiratory
Suffocating feeling, wants windows open. Sensation of a lump or foreign body. Hoarseness. Chronic laryngitis of singers.

Comparative Materia Medica
Gelsemium also has anticipatory anxiety but with trembling and weakness rather than hurriedness. Lycopodium has flatulence and anticipatory anxiety but is more concerned with performance and has right-sided symptoms. Phosphorus also craves cold drinks but is more open and sympathetic.
Safety Information
Arsenicum album, Mercurius, Natrum muriaticum, Pulsatilla. Also milk and salt as chemical antidotes.
Silver nitrate is corrosive and toxic, causing argyria (permanent grey-blue skin discoloration) with chronic exposure. Potentised forms above 6C are safe.
