Keynote Symptoms

Constant picking at lips and nose despite extreme rawness and bleeding — cannot leave them alone. Lips cracked, raw, bleeding. Nose raw, obstructed, with acrid discharge that excoriates the upper lip. Voice uncertain, breaks when speaking or singing. Scarlet fever with extreme rawness of nose and lips. Boring the nose into pillow. Corners of mouth cracked.

Mind & Emotional Symptoms

Restless, cross. Screaming. Bores head into pillow. Picks at everything — lips, nose, fingers. Cannot leave sore places alone.

General Symptoms

Extreme rawness and acridity of discharges. Worse from cold wind, overuse of voice, lying down. Better from warmth, hot coffee, morning.
