Nitricum acidum also has offensive urine (like horse) but with more splinter pains and vindictiveness. Colchicum has gout but with more nausea from cooking smells. Ledum has gout of great toe but more ascending direction of pains.

Benzoic acid is a common food preservative (E210). Low toxicity in normal doses. Large amounts can cause GI irritation. Safe in all potencies.
