The four D's: Dullness, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Drooping. Heavy drooping eyelids, can hardly keep eyes open. Anticipatory anxiety with trembling and diarrhea. Absence of thirst even with fever. Muscular weakness, heaviness, aching. Chills up and down the spine. Trembling.
Mind & Emotional Symptoms
Dull, heavy, drowsy, apathetic. Stage fright, anticipatory anxiety with trembling and diarrhea. Desires to be quiet, left alone, does not want to be disturbed. Bad effects of fright, fear, exciting news. Wants to be held because feels shaky. Dread of ordeals.
General Symptoms
Muscular weakness and heaviness. Trembling. Worse before thunderstorms, from emotional excitement, bad news, humid weather, spring, 10 AM. Better from profuse urination, open air, continued motion, stimulants, bending forward.

Head
Heavy band sensation around head. Dull occipital headache spreading to forehead. Vertigo spreading from occiput. Scalp sore.
Eyes
Heavy, drooping eyelids (ptosis). Blurred vision. Diplopia. Orbital neuralgia with contraction of muscles.
Face
Heavy, drooping, besotted. Red, hot. Chin quivers.
Mouth
Tongue numb, thick, feels paralysed. Difficulty speaking.
Throat
Difficulty swallowing, especially warm food. Sensation of lump. Tonsils inflamed. Post-nasal drip.
Stomach
Thirstless even with fever. Sensation of emptiness and weakness. Hiccough.
Rectum
Diarrhea from emotional excitement (fright, anticipation). Involuntary stools from fright. Stool cream-coloured, tea-green.
Respiratory
Slow labored breathing. Sensation of oppression. Fear of cessation of breathing if not constantly concentrating on it.
Chest
Slow, weak pulse. Sensation that heart would stop unless constantly moving.
Back
Chills running up and down the spine. Deep-seated dull aching in lumbar and sacral region. Muscular weakness.
Extremities
