Scalp eczema — oozing, matting the hair, forming crusts, with burning and itching. Hair falls out and is replaced by grey or white hair. Bald spots. Uterine hemorrhage — profuse, continuous. Corrosive leucorrhea. Skin eruptions that ooze and form sticky, matted crusts.

Not well established.
Lesser periwinkle contains vincamine — a vasodilator used pharmaceutically for cerebral circulation. Mildly toxic in large crude doses. The related Catharanthus roseus (Madagascar periwinkle) is a source of vincristine/vinblastine chemotherapy drugs — different species. Safe in potentised forms.
