Overview

RLS causes uncomfortable sensations in legs with urge to move, worsening at rest. Often related to iron deficiency, pregnancy, or medications. Herbal support complements nutrient replacement.

General Self-Care Basics

Iron status check (ferritin), magnesium, regular exercise, avoid caffeine/alcohol, warm/cold packs, compression, massage, stretching.
